A group of Public Spirited Villagers who actively look at the village environment and, where possible and within their range of skills and abilities, look to fix what they can.
The group also looks at environmental responsibilities that need to be brought to the attention of Durham County Council.

I was born in Southampton, married to Amanda with 2 children Katie who now lives back with us and Samuel.
Moved to Leadgate in Nov 2014 falling in love the country views and the people. Passionate about taking Action to improve the village and to make a positive legacy for future generations.
Originally from Washington, I have lived in the Consett area for about 20 years now. Very much an outgoing 'people person'.
I am Mam to Rhys, 20 and Mia, 3.
A fully qualified Chef by trade, but currently concentrating my efforts volunteering on Community Gardening/Allotment Projects around the local area. Recently appointed as 'Community Gardening Champion'

I grew up in Winlaton and then moved to Leadgate in 2002 after living in Scotland for a number of years.
I work for a national organisation delivering apprenticeship training across a wide range of occupational areas.
